Meet us on the innovation stage at MAPIC, 3-4 November in Cannes.

Come talk to us

Start with one problem. Roll out at your own pace.

We do the set-up, on your own data, starting with the one problem worth solving first. Here is how Kimchi arrives in your organisation, and who does what.

  1. Day 0

    One call

A call with your operations lead about your top three operational headaches, in your words. Together we pick the one to fix first, work out what it costs you today, and choose the app that fixes it. No data needed.

  2. Days 1 to 14

A free pilot on your own data

Whoever holds your system accounts gives us access. We do the set-up: we connect your POS, rosters and reviews, bring over your SOPs from Notion, Google Drive or SharePoint, and set Kimchi up in one or two locations. Not worth it? Stop and pay nothing.

  3. Day 15

    Every location

Kimchi switches on across your estate and your teams are invited. Every morning your location and regional managers have the opportunities for the locations they run, assigned by the function on their profile.

  4. Day 90

    The review

We report back to your operations lead against the number agreed on the first call. You decide what is next, and add an app when one of the new opportunities needs it.

Built on your existing tech stack.

Your POS, rosters, reviews and documents, wired in so the signals arrive on their own.

Kimchi connects to Lightspeed for sales, Deliveroo for reviews, Strobbo for rosters, Google Drive for documents, Oracle for sales, Uber Eats for orders, Notion for procedures, TCPOS for sales, Google Business Profile for reviews, SharePoint for documents, and Just Eat Takeaway for orders.

Questions we get asked

Book a demo
Do we have to replace the tools we use today?

No. Kimchi reads the systems you already run, your POS, roster, delivery platforms and reviews, and works on top of them.

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing. The first 14 days are free, on your own data, in one or two locations. If it is not worth it, you stop and pay nothing.

How much of our team’s time does it take?

The set-up is ours. From your side it takes the first call, access to your systems, and the choice of where to start.

Our POS or roster is not on your list. Can we still start?

Tell us on the first call which systems you use, and we will tell you how we would connect them.

Where is our data kept?

In EU data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest. The details are in our privacy policy.

So much data, so little control.Kimchi gives it back in a blink.

Kimchi analyses all of your data, every location, every night, and finds the opportunities no team could find by hand.
